Window Sill replacement
..In the pictures below, we removed an old rotting brick windowsill, and replaced it with a new Indiana limestone windowsill with a slight slope on the stone for good water management away from the windows. Windowsill deterioration is actually quite common because of snow sitting there in the winter and freezing thaw causes erosion over time.

Removing and bricking up two small windows on a one hundred-year-old home… The objective was to remove the windows then find matching bricks that match… Then make a special mortar mixture using dyes to make the mortar look aged and blend well. making the windows disappear.
